Marketing Specialist

Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns and maintain brand presence. This dynamic role involves a mix of creative and analytical tasks, including content creation, campaign tracking, performance analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at prioritizing tasks, and are eager to contribute to both strategy and execution.

What you'll do (main functions)

• Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales goals.
• Align marketing strategies with sales priorities and develop marketing plans for assigned territories.
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Create and manage digital content for websites, social media, email, and other channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure clear communication and support their needs.
• Promote brand awareness and enhance the positive image of represented brands.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Write, edit, and translate marketing materials, including press releases.
• Manage budgets and use digital tools for performance tracking and reporting.
• Represent the company at events and exhibitions, supporting product promotion and communication.

What you'll bring

• Degree in marketing, communication, business management, or administration, with proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong skills in project management, social media management, digital marketing, and content creation across websites, social media, and other digital channels.
• Clear and persuasive communication, presentation skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to diverse markets and audiences.
• Strong analytical abilities, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills who can also work independently and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (B2 or higher).
• Practical Requirements: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, B driver’s license and cultural awareness of assigned markets.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and website management tools (e.g., Optimizely).

• Preferred candidates are from Vilnius, Šiauliai, Mažeikiai, or their districts.
