National Sales Manager

The National Sales Manager will plan and implement sales strategies for non-residential roofing and claddings in Ireland and other product groups within an allocated region by managing, leading, and mentoring sales team within regions and product ranges.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Implement & achieve sales budgets and targets
  • Set KPIs, manage and coach sales representatives within region/product area and identify training and personal development requirements
  • Manage and ensure full use of market intelligence and management CRM systems including commencement notices, planning permissions, call sheets, MAX and any other source or system available
  • Report to the Country Manager on the current state of commercial activity in the market, to include market conditions and competitor activity
  • Manage and assist sales efforts by identifying existing and potential volume for Etex Ireland within the market across all products
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development
