QHSE Manager works to ensure compliant products, healthy and safe work environment and environmentally sustainable processes.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the operation of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001
- Conduct internal audits and represent the company during external audits
- Develop and maintain effective quality control and assurance processes
- Manage quality documentation (instructions, procedures, reports)
- Involvement in the optimization of production processes for efficiency, waste rate reduction, quality improvement
- Seekiareas for improvement, proposing alternative actions, implementing new solutions
- Cooperate with other departments in the organization (production, maintenance, R&D, logistics)
- Develope a culture of continuous improvement, promoting the philosophy and practical use of LEAN tools, and supporting process standardization
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a similar position in an industrial company with high work standards - minimum 3 years
- Higher education (preferably technical and/or quality management), or post-graduate studies in the field
- Practical knowledge of quality systems and tools, understanding of quality management, knowledge of relevant legal requirements and standards
- Knowledge of the English language to a degree that allows free communication
- Creativity, communication skills, meticulousness, openness to change
- ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate
