Summary
Votre rôle
En tant que Chargé d’affaires, vous animez et accompagnez le réseau de distribution (négoces de matériaux de construction) à travers des formations techniques, des opérations et challenges commerciaux.
Vous fidélisez le réseau d’installateurs en organisant des d’évènements et vous contribuez au développement du réseau grâce à des actions permettant le recrutement de nouveaux installateurs.
Vous planifiez votre activité à l’aide de notre CRM Salesforce (prise de rdv, comptes rendus de visite) et vous rédigez les offres commerciales (devis).
Vous analysez le chiffre d’affaires de votre secteur ainsi que sa rentabilité à l’aide de l’outil PowerBI et vous êtes amené(e) à proposer des actions correctives le cas échéant.
Enfin, en collaboration étroite avec les autres services de l’entreprise distribution/marketing/technique/service clients, vous suivez la stratégie commerciale de la marque Eternit et intervenez dans des projets transverses afin d’apporter des solutions innovantes sur le marché.
Compte tenu de votre périmètre d’intervention, ce poste nécessite de fréquents déplacements.
Et vous ?
De formation technique ou commerciale (bac+ 3), vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience commerciale d’une dizaine d’années.
Doté(e) de solides capacités d'écoute et de persuasion, vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome et vous savez faire preuve de capacité d'adaptation dans un contexte de marché en évolution.
Proactif(ve), vous êtes motivé(e) par les challenges, vous avez la capacité à trouver des solutions afin d’atteindre vos objectifs et vous savez anticiper et proposer des initiatives.
Idéalement, vous êtes issu(e) d’un réseau de distribution ou installateur, et si vous disposez de compétences techniques notamment en charpente-couverture, c’est encore mieux !
