Summary
As business partner and member of the management team, you will develop and manage the development of the HR strategy for the Southern Europe region (France, Italy, Spain) of the Fibre Cement division. As such, you will support the transformation of the organization and support the evolution of the business. You are the guarantor of compliance with the Group's policies and processes in terms of talent development, performance management and engagement within your scope.
This position requires regular travel as our French headquarters are located in Poissy (78), our French factories in Rennes (35) and Albi (81) and our spanish offices and factory in Portillo (close to Valladolid).
What you'll do
• Definition with the management of the region of the strategy and action plans necessary for the development of organizational performance and the improvement of the employee experience
• Supporting leaders and managers in talent development and change management
• Implementation of local HR strategies aligned with Group strategies and processes: recruitment, performance, mobility, skills management, compensation & benefits, engagement and well-being
• Management of cross-functional HR projects (leadership, diversity, performance, learning, etc.)
• Responsible for the development, monitoring and analysis of HR KPIs on your perimeter
• Responsible for legal compliance and compliance with internal processes
• Proactive for a serene social climate, a company where it is good to work and committed employees
• Co-animation with the head of social relations France of social dialogue and relations with employee representative bodies
What you'll bring
- Master 2 HR or equivalent
- Successful experience as an HR Business partner, ideally in an international, industrial and matrix environment
- Ability to work in project mode, business orientation and strong autonomy
- Impactful communication and ability to influence
- Fluency in French and English and Spanish would be appreciated
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening and collaboration skills
