About the role
As the Product Manager at Etex Iberia Exteriors, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and market success for our renowned brands
Key Accountabilities
To be successful in this role, the candidate will/should be:
- Innovative and strategic: able to bring innovation to life and support the launch of products and apply sound Idea To Benefit (I2B) project management principles.
- Analytical and competitive: responsible for establishing a competitive market intelligence system working closely with sales, marketing and engineering.
- Effective Management: manage the introduction and withdrawal of products into our 3 commercial brands portfolios and liaise with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure efficiency.
- Willingness to travel throughout the iberian Peninsula and Europe is required
- Contribution to strategic decisions: experience in data analysis to contribute to strategic decisions based on solid data.
Skills and Experience
- Experience as a Product Manager and B2B/B2C manufacturer at international level is valued.
- Interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively as part of a team and to interact with colleagues, clients and partners.
- Coordination and leadership skills: successfully implemented divisional strategies at local level and demonstrate strong coordination and leadership skills.
- Passion for the business.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Residence in Valladolid or availability for hybrid work at our head office is an advantage.
