Job Title: Head of Supply Chain
Location: Ratingen, Germany - we embrace flexibility and hybrid working

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Etex as Head of Supply Chain (SC) supporting our plants in Germany as well as having overall responsibility for supply chain including Planning, Material Scheduling, Distribution, and Warehouse Management.

Key Accountabilities
- Drive all Supply Chain planning activities including resource management to meet customer demand
- Enhance material flow and optimise inventory (storage points, distribution strategy)
- Communicate and lead execution of the Divisional SC Strategy
- Drive the safety culture and performance in Warehouse and Logistics area
- Lead change management and SC transformation across Germany
- Lead the Customer Services organisation and drive exceptional customers service
- Manage and coordinate the deployment and continuous improvement of planning and execution of supply chain processes
- Drive best practices and ensure compliance, SC policies, and governance are followed and aligned with overall Etex Supply Chain principles
Skills and Experience
- Proficient with ERP Planning, Material Scheduling, Distribution, and Warehouse Management
- Excellent knowledge, understanding, and experience of the end-to-end supply chain processes within a high-volume manufacturing / industrial environment
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and influence key stakeholders
- The ability to drive transformation and to work in a matrix organization across several countries
- Experience in transformation and change management projects
- Strong analytical and presenting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree (desired).
- APICS CPIM certified or equivalent (desired)
