What You'll Do:

  • Drive the commercial development and execution of the OffSite Construction segment strategy to achieve sales, margin, and sustainable growth objectives.
  • Build, manage, and expand key customer relationships while acquiring new business and strengthening existing accounts.
  • Lead the full commercial cycle, including account prioritisation, pricing decisions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to translate insights into clear commercial priorities and actions.
  • Represent the “voice of the customer” by feeding structured market and customer insights into segment strategy and value propositions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools, ensuring disciplined followup and accurate projections.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor financial performance, proactively manage risks, and ensure profitability through effective pricing and margin management.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Technical/Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Several years of commercial and B2B sales experience, with a proven ability to drive profitable growth, manage complex OEM accounts, and apply solutionoriented selling.
  • Advanced relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills, capable of engaging confidently with diverse stakeholders and developing longterm key account partnerships.
  • Disciplined pipeline, project, and CRM management, including structured opportunity handling, prioritization, and accurate followup (ideally with Salesforce).
  • Technical and market insight, including understanding of products, applications, engineering specifications, and market dynamics in industrial or constructionrelated environments.
  • Fluent German and English.
