Join us as HR Coordinator (HR Business Partner) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This is a strategic role designed to influence decision-making and drive cultural transformation. With strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development, the position plays a key role in preparing the organization for future growth.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, aligning HR practices with operational and strategic goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions at all levels and across all functions of the company, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational culture.
  • Drive Talent Management initiatives, including 70-20-10 development plans and succession planning.
  • Implement and monitor Learning & Development programs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Support onboarding processes, building strong integration experiences for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and workplace safety standards.
  • Promote employee engagement, analyzing survey results and driving improvement plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, strengthening HR’s role as a strategic enabler.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR and regional teams to ensure consistency and best practices.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles within multinational environments, ideally with exposure to industrial or plant operations.
  • Strong background in recruitment, talent management, and L&D.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to interpret dashboards, KPIs, and translate insights into action plans.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with leaders and teams.
