About the role

  • Lead the implementation of Continuous Improvement Program – Etex production system in Scalamid Poland.
  • Implement sustainable solution to problems or improvement projects by Improving policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Manages the continuous-improvement programs & performance plans: defines project needs; identifies the roles of team members; plans activities; determines corrective measures; ensures savings are achieved.
  • Identifies intervention priorities and manage KPI-s.
  • Provides change management and training support.
  • Train lean techniques with minimal requirements of Problem Solving, 5S, Standard work, Performance Visual Management, Kaizen week, Daily management, Total production maintenance, SMED, etc.

About you

  • A university degree in science, engineering, management
  • 5 years minimum of experience in an industry where lean was implemented with a role of continuous improvement or production
  • A plus is Continuous-improvement certification of Green or Black-Belt, but not mandatory
  • Speaking English is mandatory
  • Experience in change management and HR programs
  • Able to move the organization from low level of maturity in Lean to WCM
  • Ability to exert influence to achieve the objectives of continuous improvement.
