This is role will have a strong focus on creating a national pricing policy for the company, based on market conditions, competitors and the different tax laws that apply to Brazilian states. This role will work closely with diverse areas within Etex to ensure pricing accuracy across all channels. 

What you'll do

  • Represent Etex and its brands in the Dry Construction market, focusing on ethical growth aligned with the company's purpose of “Inspiring a Way of Life.” Leading the strategy for reaching customers with channel segmentation, assertive pricing policies, and market management to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Have a primary focus on developing and managing a new pricing policy, emphasizing profitability beyond costs, understanding market competitiveness, and ensuring accurate price allocation in SAP by channel, region, and product.
  • Report to the Commercial Excellence Manager and collaborate with commercial peers and multifunctional teams (Supply, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, HR, etc.) to influence market management strategies.
  • Be responsible for price management, building the value chain, and developing customer segmentation and clustering. Work on creating a more precise price simulator and commercial proposal simulator, considering market dynamics for better investment decisions.
  • Ensure the company’s margin and rebate objectives by understanding the impact of taxation, freight, and transportation costs. Monitor pricing of resale and imported products to maintain market competitiveness and profitability.
  • Participate in key meetings with internal teams and the regional Latin America team, exchanging benchmarks and ensuring financial reporting of the pricing department. Create monthly price reports and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Master sales support tools like SAP, Sales Force, Excel, Power BI, and others. Manage sales expense reports within company policy and apply knowledge from Company imparted courses. 

What you'll bring

  • Experience in market intelligence, pricing, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
  •  Academic background in administration, marketing, or finance.
  • Analytical profile with a critical, proactive mindset to influence people and generate business insights.
  • Strategic vision, decision-making with calculated risks, and an ability to think outside the box.
  • Communicative, creative, with empathy and assertive communication skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable to change, and possesses learning agility. 
  • Leadership skills to influence and work with other areas.
  • Mandatory knowledge of the Office package (advanced Excel), SAP, Sales Force, and BI tools.
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Spanish (desirable)
