Summary
Au sein d’une de nos équipes de production de notre usine de fabrication d’ardoises en fibre-ciment à Saint Grégoire (35), vous êtes chargé d'assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements (mécanique, électrique, hydraulique, pneumatique) dans le but d’atteindre des objectifs communs en termes de sécurité, de qualité, d’environnement et de productivité.
What you'll do
Pour cela vous avez pour mission de :
- Réaliser, coordonner et contrôler l'exécution et la maintenance préventive et curative
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes sur l’outil de production
• Réaliser les contrôles, inspections périodiques (roulement hebdomadaire) et les interventions planifiées
• Régler et ou entretenir des ensembles et éléments électrotechniques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques, tuyauteries et relais
• Réaliser et programmer avec son supérieur technique le programme des travaux d’entretien préventif à réaliser
• Proposer et réaliser les modifications ou amélioration sur les matériels des différents ateliers dans le but d'amélioration technique en intégrant la sécurité, l’environnement ou les conditions de travail
• Gérer des chantiers en autonomie (consignation, suivi …)
• Réaliser le suivi des interventions via GMAO.
• Participer à la gestion des stocks de maintenance (pièces de rechange, consommables)
What you'll bring
À propos de vous
D'un niveau CAP, BEP ou autre formation professionnelle technique vous avez surtout :
• les Connaissances de base en hydraulique et en pneumatique
• des Connaissance fonctionnelle et structurelle des équipements
• lire et comprendre un programme automate dans le but de diagnostiquer une panne
• Une expérience de travail sur un parc machines industrielles
• Capacité à lire et comprendre un plan electrique/pneumatique/hydraulique
• Capacité à élaborer un diagnostic
• Capacité à interpréter et critiquer les résultats à partir d'un appareil de mesure (débitmètre, pressostat...)
• Capacité à faire remonter les informations importantes par oral à sa hiérarchie et aux personnes concernées
• Une Habilitation électrique : opérations d'ordre électrique en Basse Tension B1(V), B2(V), B2V Essai, BR, BE Essai et/ou Mesure et/ou Vérification, BC, H0-H0V
Un plus :
• Les autorisations de conduites adaptées (CACES 3, nacelle...)
• Un Permis de travail en hauteur
