What you'll do
In this exciting career opportunity, you will drive market demand for INNOVA Fibre Cement products and their applications. It involves executing go-to-market strategies and managing the Fibre Cement sales process to deliver competitive, timely, and profitable outcomes. A key focus is on representing and promoting the INNOVA product range to builders, contractors, architects, designers, and specifiers to achieve set revenue targets in line with the business’s strategic objectives, while continuing to create demand through our established merchant channel.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieving set sales targets and profitable business growth for the company
- Representing INNOVA’s range of products and promotion of this range to merchants and builders
- Utilising CRM to update sales activities and achieving periodic KPI’s
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts through regular contact with customers
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Developing and implementing account, market, and technical support strategies
- Delivering client presentations to large and small groups and product training
- Attend Industry and customer specific trade shows, conferences events and functions and promote the product range at these events
- Utilise CRM to update sales activity, leads and project opportunity pipeline
- Review and analyse customer sales revenue to identify market trends (decline or increase) and accountable for implementing strategies to reverse negative trends
What you'll bring
About You
- Previous experience working in a sales and business development capacity
- Trade or professional background would be preferable
- Experience in the building industry would be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Working as part of a sales team and autonomously
- SA driver’s license
