The mission of this position is to be a key strategic partner and representative of the Demand Planning function to the business, country managers, and internal stakeholders. Your role is to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives and priorities, contribute to operational success through accurate forecasting, and drive improvements in planning processes, systems, and capabilities across the organization.
What you'll do
- Act as a strategic partner, linking Demand Planning with Business, Functional, and Country leaders.
- Align demand planning activities with business priorities and performance KPIs.
- Contribute to strategic planning cycles: SR, MTP, IBP, and Rolling Forecast processes.
- Generate and maintain accurate forecasts using SAP/APO or other APS tools.
- Drive consensus demand planning through cross-functional collaboration.
- Implement and support advanced analytics tools (SAP, APO, Power BI, SAS, etc.).
- Develop analytics solutions and promote best practices via internal networks.
- Lead continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives across planning processes.
- Ensure data integrity and explore innovations in demand planning methodologies.
- Identify and address risks, gaps, and opportunities across operative and tactical horizons.
- Coach and develop Demand Planning teams; manage onboarding and capability building.
- Support the Demand Planners Academy and foster a high-performance team culture.
- Enable collaboration across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external partners.
- Ensure smooth information flow across internal stakeholders and service providers.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain functions
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., SAP/APO, Power BI, advanced analytics tools)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement practices
- Fluency in English is a plus
