The Production Chief will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production, budget management, quality and time control.  

What you'll do

• Be responsible for the production in our San Justo plant.
• Prioritize the safety of personnel throughout the plant.
• Fulfill objectives in terms of quality and customer service, both internal and external.
• Manage and know the cost composition of the products, in order to improve decision making in case of deviations in consumption and losses.
• Ensure compliance with cost objectives.
• Leading continuous improvement projects: Kaizen events, DMAIC/SMED methodologies, 5S, organization of workplaces.
• Manage the concepts of sustainability and energy reduction.

What you'll bring

• Completed studies in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related.
• Relevant and previous experience in similar roles, leading teams with Lean manufacturing implementation.
• Experience in loss identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
• Knowledge of SAP, management indicators, and continuous improvement.
• Advanced English
