Please note its a fixed term contract for the duration of one year with possibility of extension.
What You'll Do:
- Determine strategic policy objectives of well-being in collaboration with the management.
- Implement, follow-up and adjust the policy pursued (GPP).
- Draw up the annual action plan (AAP).
- Train, guide and advise managers and staff members towards the concrete elaboration of a well-being policy.
- Organize and coordinate safety meetings with the technical frameworks.
- Monitor safety aspects and working conditions on the site.
- Follow-up and analyze work accidents, first aid treatments and incidents, possibly initiate actions to prevent them.
- Guarantee and monitor the welfare system according to ISO 45001
- Follow-up of current and new legislation in connection with changed activities.
- Introduce new employees to the field of EH&S.
What You'll Bring:
- Upper secondary education or bachelor’s degree
- Prevention Advisor level 2
- Several years of relevant experience
- Fluent Dutch and good English
- Excellent communication skills.
