What You'll Do:

  • Participate in the development of operational objectives in the 3-year Masterplan process aligned with Group and Division strategic objectives.
  • Perform and share analysis addressing financial risks and opportunities regularly.
  • Lead proactive development of contingency plans, productivity improvement, and corrective actions for facility financial optimization.
  • Support the S&OP process in close collaboration with the supply chain.
  • Own the financial aspects of the Capex process, including active participation in studies, project follow-up, cost tracking, and post-mortem analysis.
  • Ensure effective and efficient internal controls, including data integrity, asset protection, segregation of duties, financial reporting, and adherence to group policies and regulations.
  • Act as a contact person for external auditors, EBS, and Internal Control, especially for inventory-related matters.
  • Perform the plant's monthly/annual closing process, prepare financial forecasts, and communicate results to management and non-financial personnel.
  • Lead the Cost Performance Tracker process, ensuring proper cost tracking and collaborating closely with Continuous Improvement (CI).
  • Drive plant profitability through actions aligned with targets, risk mitigation, resource prioritization, and providing insightful analytics.
  • Work across organization boundaries to achieve plant, division, or group objectives, share best practices, and align teams and resources to solve problems and drive results.
  • Lead and develops talent by creating an environment for effective performance management, talent evaluation, and utilization of people.
  • Act as a resource for non-financial leaders, providing education and training on key finance principles.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to teach and communicate effectively in simple, impactful terms with good storytelling skills.
  • Proven capability to manage and control costs, including the development of business cases and the ability to enroll leaders at all levels in taking appropriate action.
  • Strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to execute strategic directions.
  • Proven ability to act on analysis and drive action plans to execution.
  • 5+ years of experience operating in various economic conditions, including expansion, contraction, and stable economic conditions, with expertise in forecasting, scenario planning, risk analysis, and contingency development.
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability, knowledge of corporate finance, and manufacturing costing principles, including understanding P&L and balance sheet dynamics.
  • Experience in delivering continuous improvement and driving change.
  • Leadership skills in managing organizations within a manufacturing operation, including leading operations planning, savings, forecasting, and investment analysis.
