In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping that culture by coaching high-performing teams, engaging employees at all levels, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports involvement and development. Acting as a change manager and facilitator, you will help implement best practices, methods, and tools to enhance productivity, quality, and competitiveness, while always prioritising the well-being and safety of our people.

What you’ll do:

  • Shape and drive a culture of continuous improvement by developing and delivering a clear, locally aligned CI roadmap
  • Lead impactful change initiatives across operations, inspiring teams and challenging the status quo
  • Champion cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains, delivering tangible and measurable results
  • Empower teams through training, coaching, and hands-on support in CI methodologies such as 5S, DMAIC, and problem solving
  • Take ownership of exciting CI projects, leading Kaizen events, workshops, and transformation activities on site
  • Embed best practices and ensure improvements are sustained, tracked, and aligned to key performance outcomes
  • Partner with factory teams to identify opportunities, eliminate losses, and enhance overall performance
  • Foster a strong culture of safety and quality, driving behavioural change through visible leadership
  • Act as a role model and change ambassador, supporting employee growth and engagement at every level

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a similar, Continuous improvement position within a factory environment
  • Proven ability to drive change and motivate teams to embrace new ways of working
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for building a continuous improvement culture
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence, and inspire at all levels
  • Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and personal commitment
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong networks across the organisation
