What You'll Do:

  • Shape the portfolio – define roadmap, business cases and phase-in/phase-out plans for SkamoStove® boards and panels.
  • Drive application development – translate market trends, regulatory changes (e.g. EU Ecodesign) and customer pain points into new concepts and product upgrades.
  • Lead launches – craft differentiated value propositions, pricing and go-to-market material in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
  • Be the expert voice – deliver training, documentation and on-site advice for OEMs and stove designers worldwide; troubleshoot complex application issues.
  • Manage the numbers – monitor volumes, margin, mix and capacity utilisation, ensuring that products meet profitability targets.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional projects – steer R&D, Operations and Supply Chain workstreams from idea to industrialisation using stage-gate and agile tools.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Technical degree (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical or similar).
  • ≥ 3 years in product/portfolio/application management within wood stove business.
  • Proven success in launching B2B industrial products internationally.
  • Solid portfolio planning and business-case skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset, strong communicator, willing to travel 20-30%.
  • Fluent English + one of the following languages: Danish, German, Italian, Spanish or French.
