This is a hands-on and varied role focused on maintaining our high standards in both quality and environmental compliance. Working closely with Production and Technical teams, the Quality Compliance Technician ensures that high standards in both quality and environmental compliance are followed.
What you’ll do:
- Support day-to-day quality and environmental operations, including system checks, noise and odour assessments, and quality sampling linked to production results and customer feedback.
- Conduct perimeter checks and provide on-the-ground technical support to operators.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and master data, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Declaration of Performance (DoP), thermal and raw material testing records.
- Coordinate and conduct internal audits adhering to external ISO9001 and ISO14001 frameworks.
- Maintain the integrated management system to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement through identifying deviations, capturing improvement potential, and participating in cross-functional initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- Secondary vocational education, apprenticeship, or other experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial quality or compliance environment along with an understanding of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards is advantageous.
- Strong IT skills (MS Office and data systems) with an organised and methodical approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with operators, engineers, and auditors alike.
- Analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to spot trends and propose practical solutions.
