What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support Area Supervisors and team leaders to continuously improve employee performance, manage conflicts, and implement coaching and change management practices.
  • Oversee and solve structural problems in the production zone, collaborating with Quality, CI, EHS, Engineering, and Maintenance to implement long-term improvements.
  • Ensure all production and operational data is accurately processed in SAP, and address any deviations while coordinating closely with logistics, maintenance, and CI teams.
  • Conduct daily supervision rounds to monitor team performance and ensure effective communication and follow-up on agreed actions.
  • Drive safety and environmental compliance by managing safety systems, following up on incidents, and promoting a proactive prevention culture across teams.
  • Successfully complete annual improvement projects, ensuring alignment with continuous improvement principles and new methodologies like 5S, AM-PM, and Kaizen.
  • Maintain accurate production volume tracking, raw material ordering, and employee qualification matrices to support multi-deployability and production continuity.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and be prepared to step in as backup for the Production Manager when needed.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • A Master's degree, preferably in an engineering field.
  • Several years of experience in similar role, ideally in construction industry.
  • Advanced people management and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
