You will cover the Brussels area, with occasional travel to France. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling passive fire protection and finishing solutions to our clients in the construction sector. You will have a key role in developing our client portfolio and achieving our commercial objectives for our Promat and Siniat brands.
What you’ll do:
- Use your deep understanding of construction products and systems to explain their benefits and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Consult with clients to understand their unique challenges and goals and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Play a vital role in the sales process, ensuring our products not only meet specifications but also contribute to the success of construction projects.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts to drive growth and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead negotiations and close major deals that significantly impact business growth.
- Provide valuable insights to help shape the company’s direction and product offerings.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong commercial and technical skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to work within legal boundaries.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in business development.
- Native French speaker, with knowledge of Dutch
- Experience in technical sales, ideally within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of passive fire protection is an advantage
