What You'll Do:
- Be the right hand to the Head of Finance Business Partnering.
- Consolidate and report on monthly, quarterly and year-end results of the Division and Platform.
- Take responsibility for Commercial and Business Overheads Controlling in Europe (all entities and segment).
- Take responsibility for Central Overheads Controlling and fees invoicing set-up and controlling (division/platform overheads).
- Participate in the groupwide Free Cash Flow initiative by being a core team member and be a Catalyst for the Division.
- Monitor internal controls within the Division, in collaboration with Internal Audit/Internal Control
- Participate to ad hoc analyses and projects such as: acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures or restructuring.
- Support the Promat TC quarterly reviews through profitability analysis.
What You'll Bring:
- Several years of Finance background Controller / Financial Analyst in a multinational environment; project management experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical, reporting and planning skills.
- Very good knowledge of Cognos, SAP, Analysis for Office, (Power BI is a +) & very good Excel knowledge.
- Proactive with focused and structured approach to work, whilst maintain flexibility to respond to changing circumstances at short notice; results-driven with an analytical, accurate approach, ability to influence and proactively challenge.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, working in a cross functional organisation matrix.
- Very good verbal, written and communication/presentation skills.
- English, working level proficiency and another European language would be an asset.
