What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and drive strategic discussions and processes with the Segment Leader, identifying growth opportunities with Division/Platform teams.
  • Support commercial decision-making and participate in major contract negotiations before signature.
  • Act as a core member of the groupwide Free Cash Flow initiative and catalyst for improvements in the Segment/Division.
  • Play an active role in the S&OP process by challenging demand planning and ensuring financial coherence through to the P&L.
  • Provide, interpret, and explain all relevant financial information (past, present, and future), including pricing.
  • Serve as the primary link between the business and the EBS organization, ensuring collaboration, SLA compliance, and continuous service improvement.
  • Monitor, challenge, and improve Segment financial performance (P&L), ensuring execution of plans and anticipating corrective actions.
  • Own the Rolling Forecast and Budget inputs (FP&A) for the Segment.
  • Contribute to adhoc analyses and projects, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and restructuring.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • 5 years Finance background Controller / Financial Analyst in a multinational environment, project management experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of Cognos, SAP, Analysis for Office, Excel, Power BI is a +.
  • Proactive attitude with focused and structured approach to work.
    Flexibility to respond to changing circumstances at short notice.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, working in a cross functional organization.
