About the role:

Are you looking for a company where you can learn, grow & lead? Join us in a newly created role as Global e-Business (e-Commerce) Manager and play a critical role in driving the digital transformation and growth of Promat’s online revenue.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise the e-ordering system, increase usage, and enhance user experience.
  • Drive online revenue via the e-ordering system and later through e-commerce partnerships with third-party platforms.
  • Support local entities in rolling out e-ordering and e-commerce platforms, onboarding relevant customer segments.
  • Set up and coordinate promotional and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the product and system data model, enhancing the CPQ process and increasing e-selling capabilities.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure the quality and conversion of leads.
  • Develop and provide tools to map geographical prospects within specific industries, enhancing the sales and marketing teams' ability to target potential customers.
  • Implement and manage the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) process across key markets, contributing to a new business revenue stream

What you’ll bring:

  • A proven track record of driving significant online revenue growth and lead generation.
  • A Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • B2B experience in a similar role within the e-commerce, digital marketing, or sales domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience with product data models is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with CPQ, SAP  and Shopify processes and tools is beneficial
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous
  • Work remotely with the willingness to travel regularly
