Join us as Head of Communications and Branding for our Gypsum Platform and Building Performance division. In this key role, you will lead transformative communication and branding initiatives, ensuring both employees and external stakeholders are informed and engaged.
What you’ll do

Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to keep employees aligned with the division’s strategy, progress, and achievements.

Craft compelling content, including newsletters, emails, intranet posts, and presentations, to share the story of our transformation.

Foster open dialogue and feedback through employee town halls, team meetings, and other interactive forums.

Manage internal communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of updates.

Drive external communication strategies to enhance the division’s reputation and visibility, including managing social media engagement and collaborating with marketing teams on targeted campaigns.

Support the development and implementation of a branding framework for the platform.

Showcase the division’s successes and progress through case studies, articles, and impactful presentations.

Communicate the progress and benefits of transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of change and equipping employees with the tools and resources they need during transitions.
What you’ll bring

Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and functions.

A creative mindset with a strategic approach to developing and delivering communication plans.

Experience in change management, internal communications, and branding is highly desirable.

Proficiency in social media and digital communication platforms.
