What You'll Do:

  • Lead the cluster countries’s Supply Chain Management in close cooperation with the Head of SCM Division.
  • Ensure that initiatives defined within the Building Performance excom as well as Group initiatives are implemented in the cluster countries through proper coordination.
  • Ensure that the interests of the countries in the cluster are represented in the Building Performance Supply Chain Leadership team.
  • Support and challenge the Country SC managers and local leadership teams in functional strategy formulation, execution and target achievement by increasing Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create clarity and reinforce priorities for the countries in the cluster.
  • Ensure the country SC teams are functioning in the right way and having the right level of discussion.
  • Create the right environment for all team-mates to contribute their best.
  • Contribute to the development of Etex overall.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Significant Supply Chain Management experience, with a clear focus on Customer Services, End to End Supply Chain Planning and Logistics processes.
  • Significant experience in leading multi-cultural Supply Chain Management teams including managerial, process, customer value creation, and budgetary experience.
  • Relevant work experience in a multicultural environment and preferably a matrix organization.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. A genuine people manager, motivated by coaching her/his team, team player, leading by example.
  • Strong analytical and core business skills incl. influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
