Internal Sales/Customer Service Employee

  • Support and participation in ensuring all operational tasks of the Customer Service department for
    the European Customer Service Platform
  • Responsible for smooth and correct inquiry, order, and complaint processing to ensure customer

What you'll do

Order processing

  • Processing of incoming sales orders (order entry, order checking and order tracking)
  • Review of orders with regard to correct price quotations, corresponding available capacities and in particular also feasibility of technical and logistical customer requirements
  • Recording and maintenance of all customer and product information necessary for the realization of orders as well as information on delivery modalities in the ERP system
  • Research and rework orders in case of incomplete order processing
  • Timely dispatch of outgoing invoices to customers
  • Monitoring and control of promised delivery dates and delivery processing as well as proactive initiation of countermeasures if necessary (close exchange with the departments Supply Chain, Transport Management, Purchasing and the plants)
  • Acceptance, timely processing and review of customer complaints and returns

Inquiry handling

  • Acceptance, processing and following up on customer inquiries
  • Timely preparation of quotations, price calculations according to specifications
  • Acceptance and forwarding of inquiries regarding technical issues to the appropriate department
  • Fastest possible and efficient forwarding of information to the relevant departments in the company in case of customer inquiries

Other activities

  • Support in the implementation of customer loyalty measures to increase customer satisfaction
  • Support of the Sales department in order to satisfy customer needs in the best possible way
  • Independent support of the customer groups C2-C3

  • Bachelor or equal to experience
  • Fluent in Dutch/English 
  • Order Entry experience
  • Customer oriented
  • SAP knowledge
