(Hybrid role with regular travel to Tisselt).
In this role, you will play a key role in optimising our marketing strategies by leveraging data from multiple sources. Reporting to the Digital Manager, your expertise will directly influence campaign success, budget allocation and demand generation strategies across the Promat Platform.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and enhance a robust data model to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring strong ROI and cost efficiency.
- Assess marketing data, including traffic, conversion rates, and lead qualification, to shape targeted campaigns and improve engagement.
- Work closely with marketing teams, sales excellence, and digital channels to share insights and support business growth.
- Provide regular reports and executive-level presentations on campaign
- Lead the integration and enhancement of BI dashboards, Power BI reporting, and Salesforce analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (MS Power BI, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce to track and report on marketing pipelines.
- Knowledge of paid media performance and digital campaign optimisation.
- A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or data analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
