What You'll Do:
- Implement automation improvements or projects by leading the project and supporting local teams.
- Develop a technology roadmap.
- Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement monitoring systems to track progress and identify further areas for optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and management to implement changes.
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors if necessary.
- Oversee the implementation of proposed changes or new systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and monitoring of ongoing performances to ensure functionality and performance meet expectations.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise during or after implementation.
- Identify potential risks associated with automation changes or technology projects and developing mitigation strategies.
- Document all project aspects (testing, specifications, processes,…).
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
What You'll Bring:
- Engineering Degree.
- First experience as project engineer in an industrial environment with solid exposure to automation engineering and project management skills.
- Exposure to technology projects is a strong plus.
- Eagerness to acquire expertise and knowhow in Etex Industry and Fire Protection technology.
