You’ll drive initiatives aligned with our strategic and sustainability goals and execute engineering projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to Etex EHS standards, schedules, and budgets.

What you’ll do:

• Implement standardised process control and energy optimization strategies
• Analyse current processes and energy usage to identify areas for improvement
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
• Oversee the implementation of new systems and changes
• Conduct thorough testing and monitoring to ensure performance meets expectations
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with process changes
• Document project aspects and provide regular progress reports

What you’ll bring:

• Engineering degree

• Some experience as a project engineer in an industrial environment
• Strong exposure to process engineering and project management
• Experience with energy optimization projects is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the Etex Industry and Fire Protection technology
• Fluent in English; basic Dutch is also required
