What You'll Do:
- Narrative Development: Craft engaging and informative narratives that highlight the sustainability features of our Promat products and solutions, targeting industry stakeholders and potential clients. You will optimise our sustainability narrative through analysis of our audiences’ values, beliefs and expectations around sustainability.
- Content Creation: Produce a variety of content types, including, but not limited to blog posts, case studies, news articles, videos and white papers, that articulate the sustainability value proposition of our products and technologies. In this you will prepare, control and execute all elements of content creation with relevant stakeholders. You will also create sustainability training material to bring this content to life for commercial and marketing teams.
- Sustainability co-ordination: Coordinate the initiatives driven by R&D, operations and other teams to ensure there is timely monitoring and communication on our sustainability pillars.
- Demand Generation: Utilize digital platforms, including social media, website and agencies to disseminate sustainability content, enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation in the sustainability space.
- Embed Promat Purpose: Coordinate the purpose activator network to deeper embed the Purpose: Advancing expertise to build a safe and sustainable world. Organise local events and create milestones of significant achievements demonstrating the purpose
- Communication support: Assist with bi-monthly global townhalls, support on central communication requests and integrate communication on key topics through internal channels.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
- First experience in a communication role, with a preference for candidates who have a background in sustainability or environmental issues.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling narratives
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive international environment
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting environmentally responsible business practices
- Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages a plus.
