About the Role:

This is a fixed-term maternity cover role within the Skamol Finance team, offering an excellent opportunity to step into a high-impact commercial finance position and gain broad exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional decision-making.

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to Sales and support the Finance Business Partner, playing a key role in driving profitable growth through data-led insights, particularly across S&OP and pricing processes.

 What you’ll do:

• Partner with Sales on pricing, performance tracking, and commercial initiatives
• Actively contribute to S&OP and demand planning processes
• Deliver clear, actionable financial analysis and insights
• Support execution of financial plans and business targets
• Participate in commercial decision-making and ensure effective implementation
• Drive improvements in reporting, processes, and financial visibility
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance or analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) are advantageous
• Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights
