This is the role

You will become part of our Strategy and Business Development team that owns the platform strategy, leads business development projects - hereunder M&A, drives the transformation program to scale our business sustainably, and assists senior management with analyses.

Stepping into this very independent role, you will get the chance to drive your own projects. Doing so, you will strengthen your problem solving and project management skills as well as put your ability to motivate others and drive change to good use as you interact with stakeholders across our organisation.

More specifically, you can look forward to:

• Conducting market and competitor research
• Developing various strategic and financial analyses
• Driving the strategy process as well as tracking and reporting progress on milestones
• Preparing meeting materials for the Executive Team

Moreover, you can look forward to engaging collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.

You will have a steep learning curve ahead of you – luckily, we also guarantee that you will receive lots of feedback from your manager.

• Are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Have an organised approach to the task at hand – and ability to work with and systematise complex material
• Love data and creating actionable insights
• Have experience with using AI and long language models to drive effective analysis
• Are an Excel superuser
• Are well versed in Microsoft Office tools and apps, including PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
