Join the Etex Shared Service Center in Vilnius, Lithuania, as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant. In this role, you'll manage cash applications, collections, credit control, and reconciliation. We're seeking flexible, team-oriented individuals who are eager to collaborate and contribute to continuous improvement. What you'll do
- Perform daily Accounts Receivable processing activities such as Cash Application, Collections and Credit management.
- Post and allocate incoming payments correctly and in a timely manner.
- Investigate unallocated payments.
- Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions.
- Collect on accounts by sending reminders and communication with customers via phone or email.
- Work closely with local business and finance teams on receivables.
- Cross-functional communication with multiple Etex operations and finance functions.
- Reconciliation of outstanding balances with customers in Account reconciliation tool.
- Effective and quick cooperation with customer service on blocked tickets and other issues.
What you'll bring
- Understanding of accounting practices
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- French language knowledge is an advantage
- Nice to have, 1-2 years of experience in a multinational environment, AR preferred
- Mindset to anticipate and resolve challenges
- Flexible approach with a strong team spirit
- Professional style when dealing with business clients
- Compliance & controllership mindset
- Numerate with a good eye for detail
- IT skills including Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage

- Ability to work flexible hours: start from 7:30 till 9:00, finish from 16:30 till 18:00.
- Hybrid work possibility: at least half of working days should be performed from the office according to the policy which is the subject to yearly review. Employees permanently residing outside the main office's district, upon hiring, are required to visit at least twice a month.
