Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth order management, excellent customer communication, and efficient logistics coordination. What you'll do
- Manage and approve customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide professional and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Advise customers on products, order status, delivery timelines, and logistics-related questions.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure mutually satisfactory solutions.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, offering suggestions to improve service quality.
- Ensure timely responses to customer calls and emails in line with internal standards.
- Process and coordinate sample orders and ensure their delivery.
- Plan and organize transportation of goods, ensuring optimal routes, delivery timing, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate transport schedules with production, warehouse teams, forwarders, and carriers.
- Prepare and verify transport documents (such as CMR, waybills, invoices, EX).
- Coordinate smooth information flow between customers, warehouse, production, and carriers.
- Ensure effective internal communication to secure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Organize courier shipments as agreed with customers.
- Register and manage customer claims in Salesforce and SAP, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Handle logistics incidents (delays, damaged goods, incorrect deliveries) and implement preventive measures.
- Prepare reports on customer service and logistics KPIs, analyze data, and propose improvements.
- Participate in inventory checks and related logistics processes.
What you'll bring
- Higher or professional education (preferably in management, logistics, or administration).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Very good English skills (B2 level or above), excellent Lithuanian language skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good computer literacy, including confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze information with a focus on results and precision.
- Excellent time‑management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to high‑quality customer service.

Salary range
2200-3200 €/mon. gross
