Summary

Etex Shared Service Center (SSC) in Vilnius, Lithuania, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Procurement Specialist to support our Purchasing department. In this role, you will provide essential administrative assistance to streamline procurement processes, ensuring compliance with Etex Global Policy and regulations.

As we primarily support French entities, basic knowledge of French would be a great advantage. If you have experience in procurement, purchasing administration, or a related field and are eager to work in an international environment, we’d love to hear from you!

 

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support to the Europe’s Etex Purchasing department.
  • Request for offers and makes prices evaluation.
  • Execute buying process of goods or services.
  • Provide administrative processing of long-term agreements.
  • Manage internal reporting and data analyses.
  • Ensure purchasing processes are aligned and complied with Etex Global Policy and regulations.
  • Make suggestions for work process improvement. Participate in their implementation.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Share work skills and experience with colleagues. Be a team player.

What you'll bring

  • 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing administration, customer service, data administration.
  • Understanding of purchasing procedures and policies.
  • Ideally, bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration or equivalent.
  • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English, any knowledge of French language.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel and Outlook.
  •  Experience with Enterprise resource planning (ERP) or SAP ERP systems.

Salary range

1900-3000 €/mon. gross. The specific salary depends on the candidate's work experience, skills, competencies.
