Summary

Are you ready to make an impact and support procurement operations for a global industry leader? As part of the Etex Group, a dynamic international company, this role based in our Vilnius Shared Service Center offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. The main focus of this position is project management, where your expertise in managing various business systems, such as SAP Ariba, will be essential. Even if you don’t have exact experience with these systems but are eager to learn and confident in your ability to "crack these nuts," we encourage you to apply.

 

What you'll do (main functions)

  • Manage and optimize supplier information and procurement workflows.
  • Develop and execute integration strategies with existing ERP systems.
  • Implement and configure SAP Ariba modules to meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on procurement application functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Make suggestions for work process improvement and participate in their implementation.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

 

What you'll bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience in purchasing administration, supply chain, or data administration.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Experience with system integrations and data management.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba products is an advantage.

What are key responsibilities specific to this role:

  • Ability to administer and support business platform, including e-invoicing, sourcing, contract repositories, network, and catalog modules.
  • Skilled in handling system configuration, managing user access, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Experience collaborating with IT and external vendors to manage integrations between Ariba and other business systems.
  • Competence in developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure effective platform use.
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation of processes and troubleshooting steps.
  • Proven ability to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across procurement systems.
  • Capability to generate reports and analytics to monitor system performance and usage.

Salary range

1900-3000 €/mon. gross. The specific salary depends on the candidate's work experience, skills, competencies.
