About the role
Join Etex's Digital Marketing team as a Social Media & Ads Specialist, driving our global strategy. Master campaigns across platforms, optimize for awareness to conversion. Main Functions
- To ensure consistency and good performance in the Paid Media field across the organization, helping our internal clients to reach their goals through digital activity, with a management of a 1.4M yearly budget.
- Drive Global Social Media and Advertising strategy.
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media activities (SEM, Paid Social, Display, affiliate marketing) along the customer funnel, localizing channel approaches based on market trends.
- Be in daily contact with internal clients, ensuring quality campaign setup and execution.
- Maintain a stakeholder panel for overall Online Advertising strategy discussion.
- Manage multiple B2B and B2C digital campaigns, reporting performance periodically, sharing learnings, and maximizing budget efficiency.
- To report performance periodically to the stakeholders together with sharing learnings to improve future campaigns.
- Make suggestions for process improvement, participate in implementation, and share skills and experience with colleagues.
- Take part in other company activities.
About you
- Master Social Media campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a good understanding of SEM, paid social, and display platforms.
- Minimum 1-year experience executing Paid Media campaigns across channels like Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, GDN.
- Strong analytical skills for performance reporting.
- Stay updated on the latest Social & Digital Media developments.
- Customer-first and results-driven mindset.
- Proactive, adaptable, and quick to respond to business demands.
- Self-starter and team player with effective communication skills.
- Capacity to adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
- Excellent English proficiency, additional languages a plus.
- Ability to travel abroad at least twice per year.
