Join us as a Technical Advisor and help us drive sales technical excellence.

What you'll do

Develops market so SINIAT certified drywall systems are used among value links and has reliable and professional reputation.

Sets ambitious targets and develops sales technical support for projects in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Develops sales technical support of Siniat products to new and existing distributors focusing on project sales, builds distribution network working on project sales.

Monitors the construction investment market and active projects in the region.  
Creates Siniat specifications for projects in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

Creates, develops and realizes a database of projects where Siniat drywall systems are installed.

Develops cooperation with key contractors, installers, architects, specifiers (fire specialists, acousticians).

Promotes company products and systems, and provides technical support to those business partners.

Organizes and makes trainings for architects/specifiers, installers about SINIAT drywall systems and their FAB’s, so SINIAT is well known as high quality Certified Systems reliable partner-provider.

What you'll bring

  • Higher technical education (civil engineering, architecture)
  • Proving experience on the building investments market
  • Knowledge of the building materials market and its distributionExperience in cooperating with installers, general contractors, developers and architectsexperience in building industry project sales, positive and self motivation, ability to draw drawings in AutoCad, including BIM
  • Driving licence, category B
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • AutoCad and BIM
  • Russian, English, Lithuanian fluent written and spoken knowledge
  • Has good technical vocabulary language from experience/background
