We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who is skilled in headhunting and has a proven track record of sourcing professional or technical roles. While primarily focused on Europe, you will also collaborate with global peers to share best practices and drive consistency across recruitment processes.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Lead in delivering the global talent acquisition strategy across the region.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, partnering with hiring managers and local HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across the European region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Actively approaching potential candidates (headhunting), conducting candidate screenings and creating a talent pipeline.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support talent acquisition projects and HR initiatives.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition from either an in-house or RPO background.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and technical roles across multiple European markets.
  • Strong expertise in candidate attraction, proactive sourcing, and talent pipelining.
  • Ability to provide market insights and strategic recruitment advice to hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with additional fluency in French, German or Dutch.
