Join us as Head of Central Planning to help us optimise our performance ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across our supply chain.

 

Location: You must be based in either in  Belgium, Poland, UK, Italy or Germany

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and mentor a central planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

  • Oversee the Divisional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, ensuring seamless alignment between inventory levels and customer demand.

  • Develop and implement strategies for optimal inventory levels across the supply chain.

  • Drive efficiencies while controlling costs and maximizing profitability.

  • Analyse existing processes within the supply chain to identify inefficiencies and utilise data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and optimization. Experience in purchasing or procurement is a plus.

  • Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to drive organizational improvement

  • Ability to analyse complex data and make data-driven decisions

  • Familiarity with ERP and BI solutions; Anaplan experience is advantageous

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or a related field

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English is essential.
