Join us as Head of Project Excellence, Strategy Execution and Performance Management. This is a hybrid role based in Europe where you will ideally be based in Belgium, UK, France or Germany. This role requires frequent international travel.

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Project Excellence, Strategy Execution and Performance Management to join our dynamic team in our largest division, Building Performance. This role is critical in driving project excellence, ensuring the delivery of value through effective project management practices, and supporting the strategic goals of the division and the wider Etex group. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project and performance management, coupled with exceptional strategic and stakeholder engagement skills.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Lead and manage complex, high-priority projects to successful completion.
  • Establish and maintain project management routines to ensure consistent and high-quality project delivery.
  • Build and enhance project management capabilities across the building performance division, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Support the Head of Platform in the Strategic Review process as a key part of the Building Performance division management cycle.
  • Assist the Head of Division and Head of Platform in divisional Execution Steering, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Support the Head of Platform and leadership team of the Division by managing the portfolio of key projects for the Division and the Platform.
  • Conduct regular reviews of Divisional and Gypsum platform projects, reporting progress to the Division Leadership team and the Platform.
  • Collaborate closely with functional, country, and regional teams to ensure the adoption of project management methodologies.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration.

What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience of building and imbedding project and program management capabilities within a multinational environment.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing complex, international projects and programs.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to drive change and build organisational capability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment.
