What You'll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of purchasing related to indirect materials & services (CAPEX, Logistics, IT, and consumables).
- Develop and implement category strategies for assigned categories.
- Manage key supplier relationships and collaborate with major stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance.
- Lead and coach the indirect purchasing team, including workload division and goal alignment.
- Implement standardized processes and agile project management methodology for indirect purchasing projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with initiative goals.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools for cost reduction, savings tracking, and compliance.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance and initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Engineering.
- Several years of proven experience in procurement/consulting in a similar position, preferably in large companies.
- Strong People Management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders across different levels of organization.
- Analytical and proactive mindset.
