What You'll Do:

• Ensure that our processes are harmonized and supported by the right set of applications and information. 
• Deploy throughout the entire organisation maintenance strategy with a key axis on TPM (“Total Productive Maintenance”).
• ​Seek for continuous optimization of the maintenance processes for cost efficiency, production line availability, asset protection and spare parts criticality. 
• ​Animate the Etex maintenance community and challenge results. 
• Develop new methodologies and operational tools for the group and coordinate their governance and implementation throughout the operations organization​.

What You'll Bring:

• An engineering degree or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in Manufacturing and specifically maintenance - Working experience in the building sector or similar industry is preferred.   
• Experience with successfully deployed a Total Productive Maintenance program in manufacturing environment.
• Experience as an SAP user and in Project Management in manufacturing environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the working time.
