What You'll Do:
- Ensure that our processes are harmonized and supported by the right set of applications and information.
- Deploy throughout the entire organisation maintenance strategy with a key axis on TPM (“Total Productive Maintenance”).
- Seek for continuous optimization of the maintenance processes for cost efficiency, production line availability, asset protection and spare parts criticality.
- Animate the Etex maintenance community and challenge results.
- Develop new methodologies and operational tools for the group and coordinate their governance and implementation throughout the operations organization.
What You'll Bring:
- An engineering degree or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in Manufacturing and specifically maintenance - Working experience in the building sector or similar industry is preferred.
- Experience with successfully deployed a Total Productive Maintenance program in manufacturing environment.
- Experience as an SAP user and in Project Management in manufacturing environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the working time.
