What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategic procurement efforts.
  • Manage supplier relationships and analyse market dynamics to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of minerals for Etex Group.
  • Optimize costs, mitigate supply chain risks and collaborate cross-functionally to meet the Company's mineral needs.
  • Maintain quality standards and align with overall business objectives.


What You'll Bring:

  • Blend of strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and negotiation prowess to effectively manage the Minerals category.
  • A deep understanding of market trends, supplier dynamics, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities that will enable you to work seamlessly across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving efficiency and innovation in mineral procurement.
  • Certification in purchasing or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, CIPS).
  • Bachelor's of Master’s degree in Geology, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in procurement or category management, preferably within the minerals or related industry.
