This is a great opportunity for a Financial Controller who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive financial excellence. As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end financial operational activities within our Benelux region.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with business units to align financial control activities with strategic objectives.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing consultative support.

• Lead the period-end closing process, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial statements.

• Deliver statutory reporting in compliance with IFRS and Country GAAP, facilitating external audits.

• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and improvement.

• Implement digital tools such as PowerBI, Robotics, and AI to enhance efficiency and forecasting accuracy.

• Champion digital transformation initiatives and ensure adherence to global reporting standards.

What you’ll bring:

•  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• Proven experience in financial management with a focus on digital transformation.

• Expertise in data analytics tools such as PowerBI; familiarity with Robotics, Machine Learning, and AI.

• Thorough understanding of IFRS and Country GAAP compliance.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
