What You'll Do:

• Develop and communicate audit plans to all auditees, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Identify and assess risks within operational and financial processes, evaluating control effectiveness.
• Conduct audits across financial, operational, strategic, ESG, and compliance areas.
• Assess the accuracy of financial records and the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, managing day-to-day internal audit operations.
• Support the automation of internal audit testing through tools like PowerBI, RPA, and Databricks.
• Investigate potential fraud cases on an ad-hoc basis as required.
• Document audit findings and prepare clear, concise audit reports for stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor and escalate overdue audit findings, following up with action owners and management.

What You'll Bring:

• Adherence to the highest ethical standards, maintaining integrity in all actions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Several years of experience in internal or external audit, ideally in manufacturing or consulting environment.
• Proficient understanding of internal controls.
• Experience within a large manufacturing/industrial organization is appreciated.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally 25-30% of the working time.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
• Understanding of business and financial processes and their associated risks.
• Eagerness to participate in the digitization and automation of Internal Audit.
