Join us as a Strategic Program Manager to coordinate and support high-impact programs and initiatives that shape the future of the Fiber Cement platform.
This is a high-visibility role, ideal for a data-driven professional with experience in consulting or strategic project environments and a strong ambition to grow into a leadership role within the PMO.
What you’ll do:
- Support the PMO & Transformation Office in structuring, tracking and steering strategic and transformation projects.
- Work closely with project managers and senior business leaders to foster project management excellence and maturity.
- Drive project governance by supporting key projects to ensure transparency, risk mitigation, and successful execution.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues; realign off-track projects as needed.
- Deep dive into at-risk projects to analyse root causes and define actionable mitigation plans.
- Facilitate communication across interdependent projects and ensure alignment between workstreams.
- Support project managers in reporting setup, KPI tracking, and structured status updates.
- Provide guidance and training on project management methodologies and tools.
- Assist in business case development, data-driven decision-making, change management and resource planning.
What you’ll bring:
- Relevant experience in project management, strategic program management, or complex project environments.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset.
- Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or equivalent through experience.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of project reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
