What You'll Do:
- Collect, analyze, and validate sustainability data from various sources ensuring accuracy and alignment with industry standards (e.g., GRI, CSRD, TCFD).
- Lead the implementation of a sustainability reporting tool, including data model design and configuration.
- Train internal stakeholders on sustainability tool usage and reporting processes.
- Support sustainability disclosures and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Drive data quality validation and follow-up with local Etex companies to ensure reliable sustainability reporting.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support tool integration and optimization.
- Engage with cross-functional teams (Sustainability, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless data flow and collaboration.
- Stay updated on evolving sustainability regulations and best practices to guide compliance and reporting.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in sustainability data management, reporting, or IT tool implementation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and experience with sustainability reporting software. Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ESG frameworks (CSRD, GRI, CDP).
- Project Management: Experience leading IT implementations or system integrations.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Language: Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
